TITAUDOU Privacy Notice
This Privacy Policy explains how Shaanxi Shenglian Yijing Technology Co., Ltd., operating under the TITAUDOU brand, collects and uses information submitted through our Facebook and Instagram instant lead forms. It applies to business prospects who choose to complete and submit those forms after seeing a TITAUDOU advertisement on a Meta platform.
Policy Summary
- We collect business contact and procurement information only after an eligible prospect chooses to submit the Meta instant form.
- We use the information to answer inquiries, provide product information or quotations, evaluate wholesale and OEM/ODM requirements, and conduct business follow-up.
- We may contact an eligible prospect by email, telephone, or WhatsApp using the details provided.
- Lead information is generally retained for 24 months after the last meaningful business interaction, unless a longer period is required for a transaction or legal obligation.
- We do not sell lead information.

Meta provides the Facebook and Instagram platforms and the instant-form service. Meta separately processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. You can read the Meta Privacy Policy for information about Meta's processing.

Information that Meta may attach to the lead record
Meta may provide operational information associated with a submitted lead, including the submission time; the advertisement, campaign, ad set, and form source; whether the lead came through Facebook or Instagram; and information that Meta prefilled and the person reviewed and confirmed before submission. Meta may hold additional platform data independently, even when that data is not included in the lead record delivered to TITAUDOU.
Information we do not currently ask for
The current instant form does not ask the prospect to provide a country field, company website, government identification document, bank-card or payment information, sensitive personal information, or a free-form detailed procurement description. Please do not send sensitive personal information through later business messages unless it is specifically necessary and requested through an appropriate secure process.
3. Conditional Form Logic and Business Qualification
The form uses conditional questions to identify whether the inquiry is within TITAUDOU's business supply scope. A person who identifies as an individual consumer, or who indicates an estimated purchase quantity below 100 pieces, is shown an end screen before the contact-information stage. TITAUDOU does not intentionally collect that person's contact details through this instant-form flow.
Buyer type, estimated quantity, product interest, and purchase timeline are used to assess whether the request is appropriate for wholesale, OEM, ODM, private-label, importing, distribution, retail, or other business supply discussions. This qualification does not produce a legal or similarly significant decision about the person. It determines whether the instant form continues to the business-contact stage.
4. How We Use Submitted Information
We may use submitted information for the following purposes:
- To respond to the inquiry and identify the appropriate sales or product contact.
- To provide titanium cookware specifications, product materials, manufacturing information, sample information, or a factory quotation.
- To evaluate wholesale, OEM, ODM, and private-label requirements.
- To assess product fit, estimated order volume, purchase timing, packaging needs, and the next practical sourcing step.
- To follow up through email, telephone, or WhatsApp about the inquiry and related business opportunities.
- To maintain reasonable inquiry, quotation, sales, quality, and compliance records.
- To identify duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or technically invalid submissions and protect our business systems.
Depending on the prospect's location and the circumstances, processing may be based on the steps requested before entering a contract, consent where consent is required, TITAUDOU's legitimate interests in answering and managing genuine business inquiries where those interests are permitted, or compliance with legal obligations. A person may ask us to stop sales or marketing follow-up at any time.
5. How We Share Information
Access is limited to people and organizations that reasonably need the information for the purposes described in this policy. This may include authorized TITAUDOU sales, quotation, customer-service, management, and technical personnel; Meta as the provider of the Facebook and Instagram lead-form services; and necessary email, communications, WhatsApp, hosting, security, or business-service providers.
We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, a competent authority, or a legitimate request connected with the protection of rights, safety, security, or fraud prevention. Professional advisers may receive information where necessary to provide legal, accounting, audit, or compliance support.
TITAUDOU does not sell personal information obtained from these lead forms. We also do not authorize service providers to use a lead for their own unrelated marketing.
6. International Processing
TITAUDOU is based in China. Information submitted through a Meta instant form may therefore be transferred to, accessed from, and processed in China. Meta and necessary service providers may also process information in other countries where they maintain personnel, systems, or facilities.
Privacy and data-protection rules may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer under TITAUDOU's control, we will take reasonable steps appropriate to the processing and the available service arrangements. Meta remains responsible for the international processing it performs independently under its own policies and agreements.
7. How Long We Keep Lead Information
We generally retain lead information for 24 months after the last meaningful business interaction. A meaningful interaction may include a reply, product discussion, quotation, sample discussion, scheduled follow-up, order negotiation, or another substantive communication connected with the inquiry.
Information may be retained longer when it becomes part of a transaction, contract, dispute, tax record, accounting record, regulatory record, product-compliance file, or other legal obligation. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable, subject to backup cycles and lawful recordkeeping requirements.
8. Security and Data Accuracy
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect lead information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited according to business need. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and this policy does not make an absolute security promise.
Prospects should provide accurate business information and notify us when important contact details change. We may request reasonable verification before discussing an account, disclosing stored information, or acting on a rights request.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on the law that applies where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also ask us to stop sales and marketing follow-up at any time.
Send requests to [email protected] and identify the Facebook or Instagram lead inquiry concerned. We may ask for enough information to verify identity and locate the relevant record. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, transaction records, dispute preservation, security needs, or other exceptions under applicable law.
Stopping TITAUDOU follow-up does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta. Meta account controls and platform privacy requests must be handled through Meta's own privacy tools.
10. Children, Policy Changes, and Contact
These lead forms are intended for representatives of businesses seeking wholesale, OEM, ODM, private-label, importing, distribution, retail, or related commercial supply. They are not directed to children, and TITAUDOU does not knowingly use this form to collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy when form fields, qualification logic, retention practices, service providers, legal requirements, or processing purposes materially change. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised when an update is published. A material change will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires another approach.
