Material: Titanium Alloy GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V), solution-aged (920°C × 1h water cooling + 500°C × 3h air cooling). Key Performance Indicators:
Mechanical Properties: Tensile Strength ≥ 900 MPa, Yield Strength ≥ 830 MPa, Elongation at Break ≥ 12%, ensuring no plastic deformation under tensile loads (such as thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines).
Corrosion Resistance: Surface natural oxide film (5-10μm) with a corrosion rate of ≤ 0.0005mm/year in seawater and industrial exhaust, 100 times better than 316L stainless steel.
Lightweight: Density 4.51g/cm³, a single M4×75mm bolt weighs only 8.2g (compared to approximately 15g for a stainless steel bolt of the same specification), a 45% weight reduction.
