Using titanium alloy GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V) as the base material, it has the ultimate adaptability to motorcycle/automobile wheel hub fastening scenarios:
Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength ≥ 895 MPa, yield strength ≥ 825 MPa, elongation at break ≥ 10%, no risk of plastic deformation when the thread is stressed; hardness reaches HRC 30-35, with superior impact resistance compared to traditional steel nuts.
Lightweight Advantage: Density is only 4.51 g/cm³, 43% lighter than a stainless steel nut of the same specification (density 7.9 g/cm³), reducing the unsprung mass of the wheel hub and improving vehicle acceleration and braking response.
Corrosion Resistance: The surface is pickled and passivated to form a 5-10 μm oxide film. In corrosive environments such as rain, salt spray, and brake fluid, the annual corrosion rate is less than 0.005 mm, eliminating the problem of rust and seizure in traditional nuts, making them difficult to remove.
