Titanium Cookware Supplier Evaluation Checklist

Use this checklist before comparing OEM, ODM, wholesale, or private-label titanium cookware suppliers.

Best use: send the same checklist to every supplier before requesting final pricing. A low quote is not useful if the material structure, food-contact layer, or export documents are unclear.

Material Structure

The supplier clearly states whether the product is pure titanium, titanium-coated, or tri-ply titanium cookware.
The food-contact surface is identified and can be verified.
GR1 pure titanium, 1050 aluminum core, and 430 stainless steel exterior materials can be documented where applicable.
Cross-section images or material structure diagrams are available.

Food-Contact and Compliance

Food-contact test reports can be discussed for the target market.
FDA, LFGB, SGS, or equivalent documentation is available when required.
Handles, lids, rivets, coatings, and accessories are included in compliance review when relevant.

OEM/ODM Capability

Logo, packaging, manual, cookware size, set configuration, handle, lid, and surface options are available.
Sample timeline, sample cost, and sample-to-bulk consistency rules are clear.
MOQ, lead time, urgent order policy, and repeat-order support are clear.

Quality Control and Export Readiness

Batch QC records or inspection checkpoints can be provided.
Defect handling and after-sales communication process is clear.
Carton marks, packing list, invoice, customs documents, and shipping coordination can be supported.
